Responsibilities

• Read and understand the blueprints, consult with architect, designer and engineers as needed to make sure the house is built per the spec
• Perform detailed QC at each phase of construction
• Participate in all jurisdictional inspections and obtaining approvals
• Daily site attendance to ensure the work is done safely and adheres to the high quality standards of our company
• Maintaining the work site in clean and orderly manner
• Some hands on work around the site is occasionally necessary
• Collect bids, schedule subs, coordinate material orders
• Be on-call including off-hours to resolve any urgent questions

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a construction superintended is a must
• Min 4-5 years of experience as superintendent is required
• General knowledge of building codes
• Earlier career experience in various construction trades is a big plus
• 5 years
